A merger in line with Open Group’s strategy
The unprecedented crisis caused by COVID-19 has turned working practices upside down. We have had to rethink collaboration and quickly deploy tools that enable everyone to have an accessible, collaborative and efficient working environment. Which is precisely the environment on offer with Microsoft’s solutions.
“We are delighted with this merger, which will bolster our offering (like Modern Workplace (O365) and Managed Services around Cloud Azure) and open up new career development opportunities for our employees, as part of our Microsoft partnership strategy,” declared Frédéric Sebag, co-President of Open and Eric Decroix, Microsoft Partnership Director.
Neos-SDI - an Open Company - joins the IT Services division of Open Group, managed by Hervé Skornik
Under the guidance of its current manager, Eric Ferrière, Neos-SDI will become an entity in its own right in the IT Services division.
By joining forces on Groupe Open, Neos-SDI will consolidate its position as a technological leader and support its customers with their IT projects and, more generally, with their digital transformation.
“This rapprochement will boost our capacity for action and open up new outlooks for our employees and our customers,” added Neos-SDI’s General Manager, Eric Ferrière
