For this 3rd quarter, the Open Group has recorded a -4% decrease in its turnover, with the latter amounting to €70 million. Over the course of the first nine months of 2019, the decline recorded was -3.4%, for a turnover of €226.4 million. The internal productive headcount at the end of September 2019 was 3,230, with a stabilization expected for this second semester. As a reminder, this underperformance can also be explained by a reduction in the use of subcontracting (compliance), equivalent to -€4.7 million over the nine months
In view of these results, the actions undertaken, related to the #RH2020 Human Resources Strategy, are proving successful for improving the net headcount and the occupation rate. These turning points encourage the Open Group in terms of its visibility and confirm that the operating profit of the second half-year will show an increase compared with the first, and likewise for 2020 compared with 2019.
