Founder of the Open Group in 1989, Frédéric SEBAG is Co-President alongside Guy MAMOU-MANI. He has spearheaded an ambitious development strategy founded on innovation and value creation, allowing the company to take its place among the top ten digital services companies in France. With over 3,000 employees, the Open Group has become a leading player in the field of French Digital Services. After a degree in Mathematics, Frédéric SEBAG began his career as a Business Engineer with an IT services firm in 1985.

Co-President, along with Frédéric SEBAG, of Groupe Open, one of France’s leading Digital Services Companies with 3,500 employees and €282 million in turnover. He began his career at CSC-GO International, ending up as Chairman, CEO and Director of the Solutions Division of CSC France. In 1995, he set up the French subsidiary of Manugistics, the European N°1 in Supply Chain Management, where he served as Chief Executive, as well as holding the position of European Services and Marketing Director until 1998. Since June 2010, Guy Mamou-Mani has chaired Syntec Numérique – the professional chamber for the digital professions (software publishers, IT consulting and service companies, and technology consulting firms). He was President of MiddleNext, the association of listed midcaps, from 2006 to 2010. He graduated in Mathematics and is a former teacher. He was appointed to the CNNum (National Digital Council) and the HCEfh (High Committee for Equality Between Women and Men) in February 2016. With Tatiana Salomon, he was behind the creation of the #JamaisSansElles movement in which men give a commitment never to take part in round table debates if none of the speakers is a woman. Guy MAMOU-MANI is a Knight in the French Legion of Honour.
